What to expect during a Straight Shot workout:

Warm Up:

We start each workout with several mobility and stability exercises to make sure we go into each lift with our muscles and joints primed to move.

Strength Work:

We focus on a main barbell exercise each workout to progressively improve your strength. Your coach selects an appropriate version of the lift for you, they guide you through it, and they are there to make sure your form is excellent and safe.

Accessory Exercises:

A variety of exercises are performed to work the entire body each session. The exercises are carefully selected to balance the strength on all sides of your joints to have you moving and feeling better each workout.

Conditioning/Core

The end of the workout consists of either core work or a short conditioning circuit designed to get your heart rate up using bodyweight exercises, sleds, medicine balls, bikes, and more!
