Who is the challenge for?
This challenge is for anyone who wants to:
- Build strength and confidence to enjoy the outdoors this summer
- Lose body fat with our nutritional guidance
- Receive focused coaching from expert trainers
- Work out in a private gym (no crowds!) in a session of 5 or less members with your coach
- Follow a structured and progressive workout program
- Train to your best ability alongside other awesome people of ALL fitness levels
