Q: Is this one of those fake “free” sessions where I get pitched the whole time?
A: Nope. This is an actual coaching session. You’ll work with a real trainer, get personalized advice, and walk away with a game plan—even if you decide not to train with us after.
Q: I’m not fit at all—will I feel out of place?
A: Not here. We work with people of all fitness levels, and everything is tailored to you. You’ll never be pushed beyond what feels safe or doable.
Q: I’ve tried other gyms and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?
A: Most gyms throw you into workouts and hope it clicks. We actually get to know you first—your schedule, goals, injuries, and mindset—then help you build something sustainable.
Q: What’s the workout like? Will I be able to keep up?
A: It’s short, simple, and entirely based on what you can do. We’re not testing you—we’re coaching you.
Q: What happens after the session?
A: Your coach will walk you through your options, but there’s no pressure to sign up. If it’s a fit, awesome.
